Azerbaijan presents 3D master plan of liberated Gubadli's Zilanli village PHOTO/VIDEO
The State Service for Restoration, Construction and Management of East Zangazur has shared a 3D visualisation of the new master plan of the Azerbaijani Gubadli region’s Zilanli village.
The village will feature distinctive modern architecture and the best conditions will be created for its inhabitants, Caliber.Az writes.
On July 21, 2022, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed decrees on the establishment of public legal entities "Karabakh Economic Region Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service" and "No.1 Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in East Zangazur Economic Region".
According to the decrees, the two services are public economic entities involved in organising the construction of apartment buildings and individual residences in connection with the return of the population to the liberated territories in Karabakh (except for the Shusha district) and East Zangazur, the management of these structures, as well as landscaping, gardening and housing and communal services in the respective territory.
Gubadli was liberated from decades-long Armenian occupation during the 44-day Second Karabakh War in late 2020. During the occupation period, Armenia destroyed all the infrastructure, razing the human settlements to the ground in the region. After liberating its lands, Azerbaijan has started grand reconstruction activities in these lands.
Azerbaijan has implemented the Agali "smart village" project in the liberated Zangilan district, where the former internally displaced people already resettled as part of the Great Reutrn plan.
