Azerbaijan receives over 400 foreign business proposal for cooperation in Karabakh
Azerbaijan has received over 1,400 business proposals from firms wishing to cooperate in the reconstruction works in Karabakh.
The country's export and investment promoting agency AZPROMO shared this figure, as Trend reported.
"We are preparing an additional incentives package for investors wanting to work in Karabakh" AZPROMO said, adding that over 400 of the proposals came from foreign firms with 20 of them from Russia.
Regarding those investors, the agency added, that "Our agency is working to attract major Russian companies to the Azerbaijani market, such as "Belaya Dacha" and "Tekhnonikol". Meetings with the heads of those companies have been held in Baku as well as in several Russian cities on the sidelines of events".
Caliber.Az recalls, that the Russian winemaker "AzAbrau", belonging to the parent company "Abrau-Durso" previously won an investment competition to acquire a state interest in Azerbaijan's "Sheki Sharab" winemaker.
