The Azerbaijani Restoration, Construction and Management Service of East Zangazur has shared a 3D visualisation of the new main plan for the restoration of Mahruzlu village in Gubadli District, liberated from long Armenian occupation during the 44-day second Garabagh war in autumn 2020.
The village will be distinguished by its original modern architecture, and the best conditions will be created for its residents, Caliber.Az reports.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed decrees on the creation of public legal entities “Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the Garabakh Economic Region” and “Restoration, Construction and Management Service No. 1 in the East Zangazur Economic Region” on July 21, 2022.
Under the decrees, the Services are public economic entities dealing with the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings and individual residential buildings in connection with the return of the population to the liberated territories in Garabagh (except for Shusha) and East Zangazur, as well as landscaping and housing-municipal services in the corresponding territory.
