Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency gives details of deadly mine blast

ANAMA [Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency] has disclosed details about the explosion of a mine in the liberated Aghdam district.

On March 16, 2023, a mine explosion occurred in the territory of Aghdam district's Yusifjanli village, the agency told Caliber.Az.

Hasanov Ismail Ibrahim oglu (born in 1999) and Hasanov Amid Huseyn oglu (born in 1987) were killed when a mine exploded after they entered the forbidden zone.

The agency noted that the area and number of minefields laid by Armenia in the liberated territories is a manifestation of mine terrorism.
