Azerbaijan’s presidential team reviews reconstruction milestones in Karabakh PHOTO
Samir Nuriyev, Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, chaired a meeting in Zangilan to mark five years of the Coordination Headquarters’s work on post-occupation reconstruction.
Speaking at the event, Nuriyev emphasised that the Great Return programme, implemented under the direct guidance of the Azerbaijani President, continues to drive the restoration of territories liberated from occupation, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
He described the large-scale reconstruction work in Karabakh and East Zangazur as a significant example for international practice, highlighting it as one of the most systematic and rapid models of post-conflict recovery.
Following the address, the meeting presented detailed information on the activities being carried out in settlements across the liberated territories under the first State Programme of the Great Return initiative.
The members of the Coordination Headquarters are continuing their visits to the liberated areas to oversee the ongoing restoration and reconstruction efforts.
