Azerbaijan’s State Migration Service deported 67 citizens of foreign countries in 2025

In 2025, the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan decided to deport citizens of 67 countries from Azerbaijan through administrative procedures.

The state service said the decisions were mainly made due to violations of the rules of stay and residence in the country,  Caliber.Az reports per local media.

The agency also emphasised that when making such decisions, it takes into account the legal ties of foreigners with Azerbaijan, the nature of the offence committed, personal data of the offender, the degree of guilt, property status, as well as circumstances that mitigate or aggravate administrative responsibility.
