Azerbaijan to begin resettling residents in Jabrayil's Soltanly village by year-end
The first residents are expected to move into the village of Soltanly in Azerbaijan's Jabrayil district by the end of the year, according to a senior official overseeing reconstruction in the country's liberated territories.
Novras Jafarov, executive director of the Service for Reconstruction, Construction and Management in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, said construction of the village is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, after which residents will be resettled in phases, Caliber.Az reports per local time.
Jafarov said around 50% of residential construction has already been completed, while work on the village's social infrastructure—including public facilities and essential services—is approximately 30% complete.
