Cadets of Azerbaijan Border Service Academy tour liberated areas PHOTO

An excursion has been organised for cadets of the Academy of the Azerbaijan State Border Service, aimed at visiting territories liberated from occupation.

During the visit, participants toured border guard units of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, where they were introduced to the service conditions of border personnel, modern technical equipment, and the social and living conditions of servicemen.

Cadets also received detailed information on measures ensuring the inviolability of the state border, as well as innovative approaches applied in this field.

They were additionally shown newly established settlements, modern highways, bridges, administrative buildings, and social infrastructure facilities constructed in the region over a short period of time.

Particular interest among the cadets was drawn to the rich historical and cultural heritage of Shusha, the modern infrastructure in Fuzuli and Khankendi, large-scale development projects in Zangilan and Jabrayil, as well as ongoing reconstruction and landscaping works in Gubadli.
