China, Pakistan to conduct joint exercises

The Air Force of China and Pakistan will hold a joint exercise "Heroic Eagle - 10" in the northwest of China.

This was announced by the Chinese Defence Ministry in the social network WeChat, TASS reports.

According to the statement of the Chinese Defence Ministry, the manoeuvres will take place near the cities of Jiuquan (Gansu Province) and Yinchuan (the administrative centre of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region). The exercise is expected to take place from late August to mid-September and will help deepen practical cooperation between the armies of the two countries, as well as raise the level of live-fire training.
