Criminal case launched against Karabakh separatist

A criminal case has been launched against the "former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council" Vitaly Balasanyan.

The criminal case is based on abuses filed during Balasanyan's tenure in the "position", Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenian media.

According to information, materials are currently being prepared on several more cases, on the basis of which new criminal cases may be initiated.
