Demining efforts in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil reviewed Lachin meeting scheduled

During a recent visit by the Demining and Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Disposal Working Group, which operates under the Interdepartmental Center of the Coordination Headquarters addressing issues in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories, an extensive review of demining operations in the Jabrayil district was conducted.

The delegation was briefed on the progress made in clearing various mine-affected areas, providing a detailed update on the regions that have been successfully demined, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

In addition, it has been announced that the Demining and UXO Disposal Working Group will hold a meeting in Lachin on August 16 to further discuss ongoing efforts and strategies related to landmine clearance and UXO disposal.
