Economic growth in Karabakh: New cement plant launched in Khojaly
A new project has been launched in the village of Asgaran settlement of Khojaly district, Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov said on his X page.
According to Jabbarov, the state-owned Azerbaijan Investment Company, under the Ministry of Economy, has partnered with Shahbulag Mining to implement this project, Caliber.Az reports.

The cement plant, AzCement, will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tonnes and is expected to create 70 jobs.
The facility aims to enhance the infrastructure and industrial potential of the liberated territories and contribute to the economic development of the region, minister noted.
