European Bank for Reconstruction and Development president visits Alley of Martyrs in Azerbaijan PHOTO

The delegation headed by President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Odile Renaud-Basso has visited the Alley of Martyrs in Azerbaijan and revered the memory of the heroes who died for Azerbaijan’s independence and territorial integrity.

The EBRD delegation also visited Icherisheher, Report informs referring to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy.

Then a meeting was held between Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov and the EBRD delegation.

According to the message, Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the development of relations with the EBRD and successful cooperation.

The EBRD has invested 3.7 billion euros ($3.747 billion) in the Azerbaijani economy for 181 projects.

An event related to the signing ceremony of a number of documents with the EBRD was held on the same day.
