Kazakhstan ranks among Azerbaijan’s top ten trading partners

The volume of mutual trade between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan reached $500.77 million in January–June 2025, marking a 4.2-fold increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Official figures suggest that Azerbaijani exports to Kazakhstan doubled in the first half of 2025, totaling $52.54 million, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.

Exports accounted for 0.41 per cent of Azerbaijan’s total exports, up from 0.21% in January–June 2024.

Meanwhile, imports from Kazakhstan surged 4.9 times, reaching $448.23 million, and accounted for 3.89% of Azerbaijan’s total imports (compared to 1.03% in the same period of 2024).
