Foreign travellers’ visit to Aghdam ends

The visit of foreign travellers to the Azerbaijani liberated city of Aghdam has come to an end.

In the end, the travellers visited the Aghdam Juma Mosque and the Alley of Martyrs, Report informs.

The bitter fate of the mosque during the Armenian occupation caused their regret, and many travellers in their statements to journalists paid special attention to this fact.

On September 8, about 40 international travellers from more than 20 countries of the world began their visit to the liberated from the occupation of Karabakh and East Zangazur. Within three days they will move along the routes Shusha-Aghdam, Khojavand-Fuzuli, and Zangilan-Jabrayil.

The trip is of exceptional importance for popularizing the liberated territories of Azerbaijan within the framework of "black tourism".

The delegation is headed by Charles Veley, the founder of the American travel club Most Traveled People.
