German diplomats visit Victory Square, Karabakh University PHOTO

The German Embassy diplomats have paid a visit to the city of Khankendi in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan on April 27.

The guests were briefed on ongoing construction and infrastructure projects being implemented in the city, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

The Public Relations Department of the Reconstruction, Construction and Management Service officials said work continues on urban renewal and infrastructure development in Khankendi.

The gradual return of residents to the city and to the settlement of Karkijahan was also highlighted.

During the visit, the diplomats toured Victory Square and Karabakh University, where they were informed about educational conditions and the institution’s activities.
