Great Return begins: 26 families start new chapter in Kolatagh, Azerbaijan's Aghdara district PHOTO
The initial phase of the resettlement process has commenced in the village of Kolatagh, in Azerbaijan’s Aghdara district, with the arrival of the first group of returning families.
A total of 26 families — comprising 89 individuals — have been relocated to Kolatagh as part of a broader national initiative aimed at facilitating the dignified return of internally displaced persons (IDPs) to their native lands, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Under Azerbaijan’s ongoing Great Return program, the first group of former internally displaced persons (IDPs) has officially relocated to the village of Kolatagh in Aghdara district.
A total of 26 families comprising 89 individuals will be resettled in the initial phase of the return to Kolatagh, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The resettled families come from various regions across Azerbaijan:
Six families (24 people) from Aghdam district
Five families (16 people) from Baku
Five families (16 people) from Barda district
Three families (13 people) from Aghjabadi district
Two families (six people) from Sumgayit
Two families (four people) from Tartar district
One family (four people) from Oghuz district
One family (three people) from Goygol district
One family (three people) from Gabala district
