Heydar Aliyev Foundation continues restoration efforts for churches and mosques in Karabakh

During today's parliamentary session, MP and Director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's Department, Soltan Mammadov, highlighted the ongoing restoration and construction efforts in liberated territories of Azerbaijan, per Report.

According to him, the Foundation has completed the restoration of several cultural landmarks in Shusha, including the museum-mausoleum complex of Molla Panah Vagif, the Mehmandarovs' estate complex, the Saatli Mosque, the Art Gallery, the Carpet Museum, the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque, the Khan Qizi Spring, and other historical sites.

Mammadov also mentioned that restoration work continues on various sites, such as the Ashagi Govhar Agha Mosque, the Mamay Mosque, the Uzeyir Hajibeyli House-Museum, the Yeni Shusha Mosque, the Aghdam Juma Mosque, and the church in Susanlig village of Khojavand district.
