Hungarian envoy: Karabakh reconstruction progress evident on each visit
The Hungarian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Tamás Torma, has said that ongoing reconstruction and development in Karabakh are clearly visible with each visit to the region
Speaking to local media during a visit by a diplomatic corps delegation, Torma said this was not his first trip to Karabakh and estimated that he had visited the area around 10–15 times.
“This is not my first visit to Karabakh. I cannot even precisely count the number of visits – they are already 10–15. All of them were organised very well. And each time I come here, I see a difference. I see active reconstruction works and development of the region,” he said.
The diplomat added that he had witnessed consistent progress in reconstruction efforts in the territories of Azerbaijan that have come under its control.
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere congratulations and high appreciation for this development,” he said.
