Hungary to grant $30 million for Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil reconstruction

Hungary will provide a $30 million grant to support reconstruction efforts in Soltanli village, located in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district, the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers announced.

According to the Cabinet’s 2025 report, the Azerbaijani Economy Ministry and the Hungarian Helps Agency signed a Letter of Confirmation to accept the grant for the project titled Reconstruction of Residential Buildings within the Construction of Soltanli Village in Jabrayil District, Caliber.Az writes via local media. 

The agreement has been formally approved by Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers, marking a step forward in post-conflict reconstruction efforts in the region.
