Inventory of 14,000 real estate objects carried out liberated territories of Azerbaijan

An inventory of 14,000 real estate objects has been carried out in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

The Head of the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy Metin Eynullayev made the remarks in a press conference on the results of 2022 and upcoming tasks on February 9, Report informs.

According to him, in September last year, about 1,400 real estate objects were registered in Lachin and 7 nearby villages.

“During the reporting period, the State Service received from the Ministry of Agriculture  19 appeals in connection with the provision of consent for the lease of land plots with an area of 6,668.26 hectares," he said.

Also, in 2022, the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture received 89 applications for 189 objects (1,176.84 hectares) in connection with the issuance of a permit on the allocation of land pieces.

Together with applications received in previous periods, a positive review was given for 201 objects (4,544.67 hectares).”
