Ukraine dismisses Iranian claim of strike on its systems in Dubai Updated
Ukraine has rejected Iran’s claims that it struck a facility in Dubai allegedly housing Ukrainian anti-drone systems, calling the statement false and part of a broader disinformation effort.
A spokesperson for Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, said the claims were untrue and formally denied the allegations, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media.
He added that the Iranian government frequently conducts such information campaigns and compared the claims to narratives commonly associated with Russia.

Iran has claimed it carried out a strike on a facility in Dubai that it described as a depot housing "Ukrainian anti-drone systems," Tasnim reports.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said the operation was part of a broader set of coordinated strikes targeting U.S. military positions in Dubai. A representative of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Command stated that both aerospace and naval forces were involved in the operation.
According to the Iranian account, the strike destroyed a warehouse that allegedly contained Ukrainian anti-drone systems intended to support U.S. military operations. The statement further claimed that 21 Ukrainian nationals were present at the site at the time of the attack.
Iranian officials asserted that the broader strikes on shelters for U.S. commanders and personnel resulted in significant casualties.
