Iranian embassy thanks Azerbaijan for support in presidential elections

The Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan has expressed its gratitude to the Azerbaijani government for the conditions provided for voting in the 28 June presidential elections in Iran.

The diplomatic mission highly appreciates the participation of Iranians residing in Azerbaijan in the first round of the 14th presidential election and extends deep thanks to the Azerbaijani government for its cooperation and assistance in creating a favorable environment and platform for voting, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

The embassy also announced that, with the consent of the Azerbaijani government, voting in the second round of the 14th presidential elections will take place on July 5, 2024, from 8:00 to 18:00, at the Consular Section of the embassy located at Sharifzada Street, 269.
