Israel reports 1,274 hospitalisations since start of operation “Lion’s Roar”
A total of 1,274 people have been hospitalised in Israel since the launch of Operation “Lion’s Roar,” according to figures released on March 4, 2026, at 11:50 by the Israeli Health Ministry.
The data were reported by Israel National News – Arutz Sheva (Channel 7).
The ministry said that 96 patients are currently being treated in hospitals or emergency departments across the country. Of them, 4 are in serious condition, 23 are in moderate condition, 65 are listed in satisfactory condition, and 4 remain under medical observation.
In the past 24 hours alone, 219 people were admitted to hospitals. Among them, 10 were classified as being in moderate condition, 198 sustained light injuries, 7 were treated for anxiety-related disorders, and 4 were placed under medical supervision.
