Smoke is rising from the city as the operation continues, and no injuries among IDF soldiers have been reported.

Moreover, overnight, the Israeli Air Force conducted an airstrike on Hezbollah military sites in southern Lebanon, targeting weapon storage facilities.
According to a statement from the army, the airstrike struck a Hezbollah weapons depot in the Aita al-Shab area, as well as infrastructure used by terrorists in the Houla and Aita al-Shab regions.
In addition to the airstrike, artillery fire was used to neutralize threats originating from the Aita al-Shab area.
