Israeli Cabinet meeting postponed over Netanyahu illness

The Israeli government sources have said that the weekly cabinet meeting, scheduled for July 16 morning, was postponed until July 17 due to the health condition of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

After undergoing a medical check-up, the premier was expected to be released on July 16, The Times of Israel quotes Netanyahu’s office as saying in a statement.

A joint statement from his office and the Sheba Medical Center said that he complained of dizziness after spending several hours in the sun amid an intense heatwave across the country.
