Italy to prepare 12th military aid package for Ukraine, defence minister says
Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto confirmed that the country will soon prepare its 12th package of military assistance for Ukraine.
Crosetto reiterated Italy's steadfast support for Kyiv, emphasising that the country's position on the conflict remains unchanged, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
He added that Italy intends to deliver a new aid package in the near future, continuing its commitment to assist Ukraine as much as possible, following the model of the previous eleven aid packages.
Regarding Germany's recent shipment of Patriot missile defence systems to Ukraine, Crosetto stated that while Italy does not currently possess such systems, Germany has the capability to provide them. He further remarked that Italy has already contributed all of its available resources to the ongoing effort.
