Karabakh separatists' former "security council chief" arrested

Former "Secretary of the Security Council" of the Karabakh separatists, Vitaly Balasanyan, was detained on July 13.

According to Caliber.Az, he was handcuffed after a 40-minute search of his house in the Asgaran district in Karabakh.

Together with Balasanyan, his son and cousin were also detained.

The reasons for the detention are yet to be disclosed.
