Khankendi resident Liliya Zemtsova rejoices at return of Azerbaijanis And Azerbaijani police feed stray dogs in the city/VIDEO

Liliya Zemtsova, 42, who lives in Khankendi, Azerbaijan, is glad that the Armenian separatists who oppressed the people have left her.

She made the remarks to the Public Television of Azerbaijan (İTV).

The woman admitted that she is currently happy with her life.

“The Armenians didn’t like me because I’m Russian. These were dark days for me. That’s why I was waiting for the Azerbaijanis, I knew that you were kind people. I intend to continue living in Khankendi. I always knew that the Azerbaijanis would return,” said L. Zemtsova, who thanked the Azerbaijani police officers who fed her dogs.
