Azerbaijan's Shusha to host medical congress of Turkic World
The Azerbaijani city of Shusha will be hosting the 5th Orthopedic and Traumatology Congress of the Turkic World this October.
The event will take place from October 8 to 12 and be organized with the support of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan and the Turkish Society of Bone and Joint Surgery, Caliber.Az reports citing the health agency.
Leading specialists from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan as well as Italy, Greece, and Bosnia and Herzegovina will travel to the heart of Karabakh to take part in the congress.
Within the framework of the conference participants will be able to share their experience in diagnostics and surgery, discuss modern treatment methods, and hold scientific sessions on current issues in orthopaedics and traumatology.
This particular congress first came into being back in 2018 in Baku, following which it has been hosted in subsequent years by Kazakhstan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kyrgyzstan.
