Kyiv Regional Military Administration has received a new batch of international aid to strengthen the region’s energy resilience, consisting of 117 portable Marstek Venus-E power systems with a total capacity of 600 kW.
Writing on Telegram, Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, noted that the aid was delivered with the support of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine and MASHAV, Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation, Caliber.Az reports.
He said that starting tomorrow, the equipment will be distributed to local communities to ensure stable operation of critical and social infrastructure, including hospitals, “resilience points,” schools, small boiler plants, wells, and shelters in case of emergency outages or power disruptions.
“In the context of ongoing Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, this support is extremely important. Each of these systems is another step toward community resilience, stable operation of institutions, and the safety of residents. Many thanks to the State of Israel, MASHAV, and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine for supporting Ukraine and assisting the Kyiv region,” Kalashnyk concluded.
Earlier reports indicated that Israel would supply the Kyiv region with 117 mobile generators.
