The moral and psychological state of the military personnel of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces involved in local anti-terrorism activities in the Garabagh region is at a high level, Spokesman for the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry, Col Anar Eyvazov has said

Eyvazov made the remarks at a briefing on anti-terrorist measures in Garabagh, Caliber.Az reports.

He added that the military personnel are provided with everything they need.
