Nine Pakistani citizens killed in Balochistan bus attack
At least nine Pakistani passengers were brutally murdered by terrorists affiliated with the so-called "Fitna al-Hindustan" group after being abducted from buses in the Loralai district of Balochistan on July 10, according to local officials.
Loralai Commissioner Saadat Hussain told a private news channel that the attackers stopped buses near the Sardhaka area of the district, forced passengers to disembark, checked their identity cards, and then shot them dead, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind confirmed the incident, stating, "Brutal action by terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan in Sardhaka area of Balochistan. Terrorists killed nine innocent Pakistanis after taking them out of the buses."
He further condemned the violence, saying, "The brutal killing of innocent citizens by Fitna-al-Hindustan is barbaric."
According to Rind and district administration officials, security forces responded immediately after receiving reports of the incident and arrived at the scene. Rind said the terrorists fled under the cover of darkness but added that a search operation was underway. "The terrorists escaped in the dark of the night but the forces are pursuing them," he said.
Rind stressed that law enforcement agencies remain vigilant in protecting citizens. "This is an attack on the peace and unity of Pakistan. We will foil the enemy's plot. The enemy's evil intentions and their hostile activities will be crushed," he stated.
