Oman condemns attacks on Gulf energy infrastructure
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman has condemned recent attacks targeting energy infrastructure in the Gulf, including facilities in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
In an official statement, the ministry described strikes on civilian targets and global energy supplies as “unacceptable,” warning of their potential impact on regional stability and international markets, Caliber.Az reports per the ministry's statement on X.

Oman stressed the importance of adhering to international law and called for an immediate de-escalation of tensions, urging all parties to cease hostilities. It emphasised that diplomatic engagement remains the most effective path toward resolving the crisis.
The statement also reaffirmed Oman’s solidarity with countries across the region and appealed to the United Nations Security Council to take action aimed at ending the conflict and mitigating its consequences. Muscat underlined that a lasting and sustainable solution can only be achieved through dialogue and cooperation.
