Overnight barrage hits Ukraine’s energy grid across multiple regions photo / video
During the night of December 18, Russia carried out a large-scale strike on targets across Ukraine. Reports of explosions and damage to energy infrastructure came in from several regions of the country.
According to RT, a series of powerful strikes was recorded in Cherkasy. Local public pages reported that an energy facility was hit, with a substation catching fire, after which power supply disruptions began in the city.

In the Mykolaiv region, the authorities of Voznesensk confirmed that an energy facility had been struck. It was noted that the incident led to disruptions in the water supply.
Strikes were also carried out on Kryvyi Rih, where hits on energy infrastructure facilities were reported.
In addition, information has emerged about explosions in Sumy and the Sumy region. Details regarding possible consequences are still being clarified.
