Russia hits airfield in Ukraine’s Odesa

The Russian Defense Ministry has announced a strike on the ARTSYZ airfield in the Odesa region. 

“The high-precision Onyx missile of the Bastion coastal missile system struck at the ARTSIZ airfield in the Odessa region, according to Gazeta.ru.

As a result of the strike, the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicle control station and two unmanned aerial vehicles of this complex on the ground were destroyed," the agency said.

Also, during the day, 11 platoons of Grad multiple launch rocket systems were hit in the areas of Kurtimovka, Ochertino, Tonkoye, Sukhaya Balka, Novgorodskoye, Mayorovka, Otradovka and Zaitsevo and 12 artillery platoons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the Podgorny area, two 155-mm M777 howitzers were destroyed along with artillery crews.
