Russia reports destruction of 55 Ukrainian drones overnight

Russian air defence forces shot down and intercepted 55 Ukrainian drones on the night of October 20 to 21, the Russian Ministry of Defence has stated.

Six drones were downed over the Voronezh region, three over Krasnodar Krai and Lipetsk region each, two over Crimea, seven over the Black Sea, and 34 over the Rostov region, Caliber.Az reports.

In a previous such counterattack, Russian air defence forces intercepted and destroyed seven Ukrainian drones on the night of October 19 to 20.

Three drones were shot down over Crimea, two over the Bryansk region, and one each over the Lipetsk and Ulyanovsk regions.
