Russian bombardment hits 34 settlements in Zaporizhzhia, civilians suffer PHOTO / VIDEO

Russian forces continued intense attacks on Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, resulting in four fatalities and six injuries, regional authorities reported. In total, 749 strikes were recorded across 34 settlements.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said the Russian military carried out 19 airstrikes and deployed 423 drones of various types, mostly FPV models.

There were also four strikes using multiple-launch rocket systems, while artillery fire accounted for 303 rounds targeting civilian areas.

Local officials reported 76 incidents of damage to homes, vehicles, and critical infrastructure.
