Russian strike hits Pharmaceutical University in Kharkiv, at least four injured PHOTO
Kharkiv’s National Pharmaceutical University in the Slobozhanskiy district was struck by a Russian drone on the morning of September 16, causing significant damage to the building and a fire, city authorities said.
Initially, two women were reported injured in the attack, but the number later rose to four, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media.
The regional prosecutor’s office released a video showing the moment the drone hit the university, while the Ministry of Internal Affairs shared photos of the aftermath.
The head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, described the strike as part of Russia’s ongoing pattern of targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv.
