Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia injure 19, damage dozens of buildings

Nineteen people were injured in massive Russian strikes on the city of Zaporizhzhia and surrounding areas.

The attacks caused widespread damage, affecting more than 30 apartment blocks and around 20 private homes, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media. 

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said a 31-year-old man was critically injured and is being treated in intensive care. Four other people are in moderate condition, while the remaining victims received first aid and are expected to continue treatment on an outpatient basis.

Local authorities said emergency services were deployed across multiple neighbourhoods to assess damage and assist residents affected by the strikes.
