Some 52 peacekeeper vehicles pass freely along Khankendi-Lachin road

Conditions have once again been created on the Khankendi-Lachin road for the passage of two more vehicles of Russian peacekeepers.

According to Report, cargo vehicles drove from Lachin in the direction of Khankendi.

Thus, during the day, 52 vehicles of Russian peacekeepers passed freely along the Khankendi-Lachin road.

The protesters do not interfere with the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.

To recap, as a result of negotiations held on December 3 and 7, 2022 with the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, a delegation consisting of specialists from the Ministries of Economy, Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy and AzerGold CJSC was supposed to conduct preliminary monitoring illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the territory of Azerbaijan, where peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, as well as related environmental and other problems. However, due to the inaction of the peacekeepers, the monitoring did not take place.
