South Caucasus’ countries capable of addressing their problems independently Iranian ambassador says
Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi said his country has always insisted on addressing regional problems using the potential of the regional countries.
"Interference of Western countries in the region cannot be considered a successful experience, and this activity will not help solve problems in the region, on the contrary, it will lead to complication of the situation. Because Western countries pursue their own interests first of all, not the interests of the countries in the region,” the ambassador told Trend.
“We believe that the countries of the South Caucasus are capable of addressing their problems on their own. The Islamic Republic of Iran supports bilateral and multilateral contacts in this area," he said.
