Syrian president arrives in Moscow for talks with Russian counterpart

Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa has arrived in Moscow, with his plane landing at Vnukovo Airport in the Russian capital.

During his visit, al-Sharaa is expected to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the development of bilateral relations between the two nations, as well as the ongoing situation in the Middle East, Caliber.Az reports per Russian media.

The two leaders last met on October 15, 2025.
