Turkish business agency seeks invlolvement in Karabakh's restoration
The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency has expressed its readiness to participate in the process of restoring the infrastructure in Azerbaijan's liberated territories and provide all possible assistance.
"Azerbaijan currently pays great attention to the restoration of Karabakh. We want to take part in this process. Regardless of the area, if the Azerbaijani government wants us to help, we are always ready to," Report informs citing the agency.
The agency emphasised that Türkiye and Azerbaijan have excellent fraternal relations at all levels, both at the highest level between the presidents of the two countries and between the two nations.
"After the 44-day war [of fall 2020], in which Azerbaijan won, we are working more intensively with fraternal Azerbaijan. For over 30 years we have been actively cooperating in various fields. There is an organisation AIDA [Azerbaijan International Development Agency] in Azerbaijan, with which we are in constant contact," the coordination agency noted.
Azerbaijan is a very rich country, and the most important thing that the Turkish agency can offer is the exchange of experience.
"Experience is very important, money cannot buy it. Starting from agriculture to industry, we can share our experience with Azerbaijan," the message said.
There are mock-ups of large-scale cultural heritage restoration projects at the agency’s headquarters in Ankara that it has implemented in different countries. Among them is also a model of the Mardakan fortress and the Tuba-Shahi mosque.
