Two civilians injured as drone debris falls in Russia’s Krasnodar
Two civilians were injured in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai after debris from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) fell on residential areas, the Krai’s operational headquarters said on Telegram.
The incident occurred in Slavyansk District, where damage to homes and infrastructure was also reported by the headquarters, per Caliber.Az.
The operational headquarters added that at least five private houses in the district sustained damage. The injured were hospitalised and are receiving all necessary medical care.
Drone debris was found in residential areas of Slavyansk-na-Kubani as well as in the settlement of Pribrezhny. Several houses suffered roof damage and shattered windows, while disruptions to power supply networks were recorded in the district centre.
The operational headquarters also reported that UAV fragments were discovered at nine locations in Krasnoarmeysky District, as well as in the Cheburgolskaya stanitsa and the khutors of Protichka and Krizhanovsky. In several private homes, windows and doors were blown out, and outbuildings, canopies, garages, and a warehouse building were damaged as a result of the falling debris.
