US warns of approaching major natural disaster

The United States may suffer greatly due to the upcoming nine-point earthquake and tsunami 30 metres high.

"The underwater fault line along the west coast of the United States could cause a mega-earthquake," the British newspaper Daily Mail writes citing a study by seismologists.

According to the forecast of scientists, tectonic plates in the marked region can "run over" each other, increasing pressure with the risk of the strongest tremors.

Such a cataclysm threatens to provoke a tsunami with waves reaching 30 metres in height, which could endanger the lives of more than 10,000 people.
