10 November 2022 15:59
Azerbaijan is planning to resettle another group of families to Zangilan’s Agali village by the end of 2022.
Vahid Hajiyev, special representative of the president of Azerbaijan in Zangilan District, told APA.
Hajiyev noted that according to the statistics, 1,508 Agali residents live in different parts of the country.
"Of these, at least 1,350 people have stated their intention to return. In the first phase, the construction of 200 houses is planned in Agali village. We assure that these people will return to Aghali after the work is finished and new houses are built. For instance, if 10 more homes are constructed besides the 200 already there, we relocate the residents to those 10 extra homes as well,” Hajiyev stressed.
