PM: Russia stands for restoration of transport ties in South Caucasus

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, as part of negotiations with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan,  has said that Russia stands for the restoration of all transport and economic ties in the South Caucasus.

“We stand for the restoration of economic and transport ties in the Transcaucasus, we consider it important to ensure the implementation of the agreements reached by the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan,” the Russian prime minister noted, according to Gazeta.ru.

He stressed that new transport and infrastructure routes in the South Caucasus meet the interests of all regional countries.
