Ambassador: UK hopes to expand ties with Azerbaijan in energy sector PHOTO

UK’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld has written that the UK hopes to expand ties with Azerbaijan in the energy sector.

“The plans announced as part of the meeting of the Advisory Council of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) today intensify hope for strengthening energy security,” Caliber.Az reports citing Auld’s message on Twitter.

Baku is hosting the ninth ministerial meeting within the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council and the first ministerial meeting within the Green Energy Advisory Council on February 3.
