Azerbaijan’s Shusha, Serbia’s Novi Pazar become twin cities

    A memorandum on twinning has been signed between the Azerbaijani city of Shusha and the Serbian city of Novi Pazar.

    The document was signed by the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha district Aydin Karimov and the Mayor of Novi Pazar Nihad Bisevac, Report informs.

    For the first time after the liberation of Shusha from occupation, a memorandum on twinning was signed here.

    The delegation headed by Bisevac is on a visit to Shusha.

    The visit was made at the invitation of the special representative office of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district.
